The Role

As a Client Advisor / Sales Associate, you will be the boutique’s front-line ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This is a consultative role where you will build loyal client relationships, provide styling and product advice, and ensure every visit is memorable. Alongside service excellence, you’ll contribute to sales performance and support the smooth running of boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised and engaging client experience in line with luxury standards.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Provide expert styling and product guidance tailored to individual client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and support operational tasks including stock accuracy.
  • Resolve client enquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance service, share knowledge, and drive results.
What You’ll Bring
