Job description
Our client is an established global technology business based in Sydney. They are looking to hire a Sales Director to join, take full ownership of the sales & marketing function, lead the go to market strategy and drive new business growth. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Sales Director to join and make a huge impact in the business' next phase. This role is 20% hands-on sales with the rest of your responsibilities focused on leadership, training/mentoring, strategic planning, market research, networking events, etc.Requirements:
- Proven commercial sales leadership and management experience
- Proven track record achieving sales targets
- Proven experience growing and expanding sales teams
- B2B, enterprise & mid-market sales experience
- Creating and maintaining strong team morale

- Experience developing strong go to market strategies
