Job description
- Salesforce Engineer – Tech Lead
- SFDC | Service Cloud | App Builder
- $140k-$160k + Super + Bonus + further benefits
As a Salesforce Engineer will work within the Salesforce squad on the overall strategy and roadmap of the Global Salesforce platform you will be responsible for the full software engineering lifecycle including designing, building, testing, and operations for an awesome brand with a huge pipeline of work.
The Role & Requirements:
- Experience Required as a Salesforce Engineer: 4 to 6 Years
- Deep understanding on micro services architecture and its application to create highly scalable applications
- Experience supporting Call Centre operations
- Skills: SFDC, Visualforce, Apex, Service Cloud, Integrations (API’s, Middleware), Lightning, Customer and Partner Communities, Chat, Einstein Bots, Knowledge
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I+), Salesforce Service Cloud
- Nice to have: Salesforce Identity, Integrations with one of the middleware like Jitterbit/ Informatica / Pentaho /TIBCO, SFDX, AppExchange Apps (Chargent, ZenKraft, ScreenMeet), Marketing Cloud integration, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, SMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
