- Functional BA role
- WFH / Parramatta (Hybrid working arrangement)
- Up to $900 per day + super
- 6 Month contract (potential to extend)
About the Role
Our Client is looking for a functional Business Analyst to provide BA support for a newly established two-year digital transformation program. The role also requires flexibility as this a greenfield with a large amount of ambiguity. This role involves identifying, reviewing and documenting process maps, user requirements and stories that align with the scope to improve business systems and processes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with a New program, new structures to implement and multiple priorities
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience producing customer journey maps and Process mapping.
- Good communication and engagement skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops
- Great attitude and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- NSW gov experience (desirable)
