Job description
- Senior Business Program / Project Manager - Please note this is not an IT or Technical PM role
- Must have Insurance Regulatory project experience
- 12 month Daily Rate Contract – multi-year initiative
- $1200-$1500 p/d
- Sydney CBD location / WFH
The Role:
- Develop the project strategy and execute into an implementation plan
- Lead the Project from initiation to delivery whilst utilising available resources and skills and meeting agreed cost, time and quality agreements
- Identify and plan resource requirements for the transition of allocated systems
- Monitor the program of works including the early identification and resolution of delivery conflicts and managing Risks
- Managing all stakeholders’ expectations on a highly visible and multi-year strategic program of work
- Asses how the organisation can collect data in better ways, assess data enabled decision making
- Work with the Change Manager across organisational change
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in managing business focused programs / projects and driving large scale organisational change projects through execution phases to completion
- Financial Services & Insurance Regulatory experience is mandatory
- Proven delivery experience having worked on and successfully managing the end to end delivery of complex regulatory programmes and projects
- Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
- Hybrid delivery experience
