- Experience within the Australian construction market
- Background as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and cost management
- Ability to manage subcontractor packages and project financials
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
