Job description
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Engineer Manager to assist in the development of innovative data solutions that leverage machine learning technologies. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data-driven solutions.
Main duties:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines with an ETL focus.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL Server, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and MS Fabric.
- Implement best practices for data ingestion, processing, and storage using cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with the Data/BI team to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize performance and reliability of data infrastructure and systems.
About you:
- Bachelor's or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ in data engineering and architecture, with a demonstrated understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency with coding languages (e.g. SQL, Python), CI/CD practices and tools
- Great communicator with influencing skills. Comfortable working with, getting feedback from, and articulating priorities to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
