  • Design and deploy predictive models to forecast key business metrics such as sales performance, customer behaviour, and supply chain activity.
  • Translate complex findings into accessible insights through data visualisation and storytelling, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and embed data solutions within business processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong, collaborative data culture.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • A strong blend of software engineering and statistical expertise, with end-to-end delivery capability
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining data models
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously in a project-based, fast-paced setting
  • Industry experience is flexible; exposure to consumer goods or beverage sectors would be advantageous
Team and Culture:
You will join a growing data function across Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture. The team operates with a start-up mindset and values speed, delivery, and independent thinking.

What You'll Gain:
  • Full ownership of your work
  • Exposure to varied business units and stakeholder groups
  • A role that offers variety, visibility, and the chance to solve real business problems using data
