Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow | System Transformation - ServiceNow | 3 year Program | Sydney

Job description

• Newly Created Senior Agile Project Manager Role to lead multiple streams across a multi-year transformation program
• **Must have ServiceNow experience**
• $158k + 17% Super
• 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – with extensions – 3 years’ worth of work at least

The Role:

• Lead the successful delivery across multiple streams to ensure quality deliverables are produced
• Manage scope changes and competing priorities and managing multiple stakeholders
• Provide input to the internal steering committee and joint steering committee and regular progress/status reporting
• Perform business impact analysis, focussing on stability and operational readiness for implementation
• Maintain timeline/schedule
• Resource management and allocation
• Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans
• Leverage agile and customer centric approaches in designing and implementing technology solutions 

Requirements:

• End-End Project Management experience – ideation through to delivery  
• Must have ServiceNow expeirence 
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders – must be personable, a team player, pragmatic and motivated to add value
• Experience with various project methodologies, specifically working in an Agile environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced Program of work, managing scope changes and competing priorities, you must be highly organised
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer centric approach
• ServiceNow experience would be advantageous but not essential
