The Role

 

Every day is different in the world of recruitment! In your role, you will be doing full 360 recruitment for your own desk. 

This position is to re-build, our Accounting & Finance space within the Melbourne market. This is a 360 recruitment role, across a sector that is booming. 

 

A typical day includes the below responsibilities:

 

  • Full 360 recruitment role – candidate management, client management and job management.
  • Meeting clients and discussing their business, current needs, future plans and the service we can offer.  
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients and developing a good understanding of their business, and their working culture.
  • Writing job advertisements to source candidates - Posting on job boards and social media platforms 
  • Identifying and targeting the best candidates for the role (Head-hunting/contacting existing candidates on the database/ job applications/ networking /referrals/ Linked-In)
  • Discussing career opportunities with candidates and representing them to opportunities - understanding what their motivations and advising them on the best career path to reach their career goal
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Managing the offer process including completing references.
  • Attend regular training sessions internally and externally 
  • Attend client meetings & lunches 

 

About You: 

 

  • A keen interest in building a career in recruitment
  • At least 12-months experience in agency recruitment and a proven billing track record
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong time management skills
  • Customer service focused and want to be part of a success story
