The Role
The Senior Store Manager will be the guiding force of this flagship location—shaping culture, elevating the client experience, and stewarding the boutique’s commercial direction. The boutique environment is requiring someone fluent in the rhythm of VIP engagement, relationship-building, and discreet luxury service. You will lead an experienced management structure, nurture a cohesive and motivated team, and serve as an ambassador of the boutique’s ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a high-performing, highly aligned store culture built on trust, stability, and genuine motivation.
- Lead with presence—elevating the sales floor through mentorship, energy, and impeccable service standards.
- Drive commercial outcomes through thoughtful planning, KPI insights, and proactive management.
- Strengthen the boutique’s VIC and VIP network through personalised engagement and deep relationship-building.
- Curate and deliver intimate in-store activations and client events that reinforce loyalty and exclusivity.
- Navigate diverse personalities with diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and gravitas.
- Ensure seamless boutique operations across stock, cash management, compliance, and daily execution.
- Identify opportunities, propose improvements, and champion continuous refinement across the boutique.
- A minimum of 6 years’ retail experience, with multi-layer leadership ideally gained within luxury or premium environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in clienteling, VIP relationship management, or appointment-based service.
- A career history that reflects commitment, tenure, and the ability to anchor a team long-term.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to unify, develop, and inspire diverse personalities.
- Polished communication skills, elevated presentation, and natural leadership presence.
- A commercial mindset, able to translate analytics and KPIs into strategy and action.
- Resourcefulness, resilience, and a proactive approach to boutique leadership.
