Job description

- $42.93 per hour + super
- Initial 6 month contract
- Western Suburb location
- Responsible for 1st and 2nd level technical support service delivery
- Providing support to customers across multiple locations, by taking ownership of and resolving reported technical product issues, business process and workflow issues
- Provide support for the integration of best practice processes into the Customer Solutions operation and will be contributes to the achievement of the goals and quality standards set by the Council’s Business Technology Section
- Solid experience in similar Information Technology support role
- Experience providing end user support for enterprise technologies including networking, applications and infrastructure
- Experience supporting Windows 10 end user environments, audio visual equipment and meeting resources
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Driver's licence
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365 and Technology One
- Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert qualified
- Experience with a multi-site enterprise networking environment including switches, routers and wireless technologies
- ITIL v3 or V4 Foundation certification
- Ability to work within a team environment
