These firms are growing rapidly and seek motivated, commercially minded lawyers to join their Sydney and Melbourne practices.
You will be working with well-known partners on:
- General employment and discrimination law matters
- Complex industrial relations and award interpretation
- Enterprise bargaining and union disputes
- Work health and safety investigations and compliance
- Executive contracts, restraint litigation, and workplace investigations
- 3+ years PQE in employment/IR/safety law
- Experience in private practice (mid or top tier preferred)
- Strong communication and client management skills
