Student Safety Coordinator- Leading University based CBD
- 2-Month Contract
- $50/hour + super
About the Role
Reporting to the National Manager, you'll take a hands-on role in developing and delivering key student safety and prevention programs. From managing safeguarding strategies to rolling out awareness campaigns, you’ll be central to creating a culture of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement student safety and wellbeing initiatives
- Support case management and safeguarding processes with sensitivity and professionalism
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging needs
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on safety and policy awareness
- Monitor program effectiveness and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Offer expert guidance to staff and students on safety concerns
You’ll bring compassion, expertise, and energy to the role, along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
- Proven experience in case management and prevention-based roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- The flexibility to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
