Job description
- CBD Location | Full-time
- To start ASAP and contract until October 2025
- $50–$60 per hour + super (depending on experience)
About the Role:
- This hands-on position will see you managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- End-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles including strategic senior role and generalist positions
- Writing and posting engaging job ads
- Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating and sitting in on interview panels
- Completing onboarding and compliance checks
- Previous experience in generalist recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or high-volume settings
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A true team player who can hit the ground running
- High attention to detail and a compliance-first approach
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a bonus
- Long-term contract until October 2025 – job security in a dynamic recruitment environment
