Job description
- Technical Business Analyst – 2-5 years’ experience
- Global Financial Services Organisation
- Working on a number of initiatives including – Crypto Trading
- $110k-$130k + Super
Technical Business Analyst is required to work within an Agile squad on a number of new initiatives reporting into the Head of Technology for a global fintech company in Sydney.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
- Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture
- Document user stories or project requirements
- Prioritise user stories in conjunction with the product manager/owner or project requirements
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
- Work closely with the development teams providing requirements
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- End-End Business Analysis experience – 2-5 years
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic sql queries
- A passion for innovation, Agile and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Jira/Confluence experience
- API understanding and experience – would be a bonus
- Preferably Financial Services experience but not mandatory
