• Technical Business Analyst
• Rest API’s – Postman *Mandatory experience*
• 12 month+ Daily Rate Contract - $800-$900 inclusive
• Global Fintech – Agile organisation

Technical Business Analyst is required to work within an Agile squad on a new API Integration project for a global fintech company in Sydney. Previous experience working on REST API’s and documenting API specifications is paramount for this role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
• Work closely with the development teams providing functional and non-functional requirements
• Document user stories or project requirements
• Prioritise user stories in conjunction with the product manager/owner or project requirements
• Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
• Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
• Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
• Showcase the products to project stakeholders
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

To be successful for this position you will need to display:

• End-End Business Analysis experience
• Must have strong REST API experience - Ability to document API specifications or previous experience and knowledge of working with tools such as Swagger
• Ideally coming from a technical background, you are comfortable with functional requirements
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic sql queries
• A passion for innovation, Agile and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent verbal communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills with vendors
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
