TIBCO Specialist – Contract | Fully Remote

Daily Rate: Up to $940 - $1080
Location: Fully Remote (Australia-based)
Clearance: Minimum Baseline Security Clearance
Client: Confidential (NSW Government / Federal)
About the Role We’re partnering with a major government program undergoing significant modernisation and integration work. We’re looking for an experienced TIBCO Specialist to support environment setup, configuration and deployment across a multi-environment landscape.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on TIBCO platform implementation, runtime configuration, security, and environment optimisation. You’ll be working remotely with distributed teams across Australia.
 
What you’ll Be Working On:

Environment & Platform Setup
  • Installation and configuration of TIBCO components across Dev, Train, Test and Prod.
  • Platforms include BusinessWorks, EMS, Runtime Agent, TEA, FTL, and Hawk.
Configuration & Deployment
  • Implement and maintain runtime configuration packages for BW applications.
  • Manage deployments, versioning, and rollback strategies.
  • Configure environments for consistency, stability, and security.
Security & Networking
  • Set up and integrate SSL/TLS certificates.
  • Ensure secure communication across all services and components.
  • Work with firewalls, ports, host configurations and environment-level controls.
Source Control & Automation
  • Maintain repositories using Bitbucket & Sourcetree.
  • Script automation tasks to streamline configuration and deployment (Shell/Python/Bash).
  What You’ll Bring
  • Strong hands-on experience with the TIBCO suite:
    • BusinessWorks
    • EMS
    • Runtime Agent
    • TEA
    • FTL
    • Hawk
  • Background in Linux administration.
  • Experience in enterprise integration environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of networking, certificates, and secure communication.
  • Experience with Bitbucket/Sourcetree for source control.
Must Have Requirements Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
Residing in Australia (role is fully remote within AU)
Able to start on a contract basis
