3 x Students Sales Enquiry Officer - NSW Government

• Initial 3 month contract with likely extension
• $35ph + super
• ASAP start pending checks 
• Ultimo location - Onsite full time, business hours
• Rotating roster, earliest start 8:00am, latest finish 6:00pm
• Working with Children Check required

We are looking for standout candidates who are customer focused to communicate with prospective students by responding to enquiries, provide information, resolve issues and perform a range of administration tasks.

This is a contract role so we need candidates who can hit the ground running, are comfortable with a fast-paced training period and able to adapt quickly.

The role:

• A fantastic team culture providing training and opportunities within the NSW Government
• You will be handling high volume incoming enquiries from students via telephone, email online chat and face to face
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Using multiple systems for accurate data entry and call logging
• A range of administration tasks
• Following the processes and procedures of the organisation at all times

About you:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment is highly beneficial
• Experience in sales, student services, reception or administration in a corporate environment also a plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Tech savvy, and able to pick up new systems quickly
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to take initiative
• Ability to manage your time and work in a fast paced environment
• People orientated with an ability to develop strong relationships
• Working with Children Check required
