About the role
Reporting to the Group Manager, your role will be responsible for providing support to line managers and company team members delivering positive end to end employee experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal employees, resolving team member enquires
- Day to day management of the Advisors
- Providing a positive on-boarding experience of all new starters within SLA’s
- Conducting welcome tours for new starters, including hosting lunches
- Support Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team with various stages of the recruitment process
- Establish and develop relationships across the client’s business including key stakeholders, Hiring Managers, Contractors, Suppliers, Recruitment teams etc
- Prepare contracts, variations, other employment letters
- Manage employee onboarding process
