Accounts Payable Officer

Job description

Our client, a large construction firm based din Melbourne CBD require an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their small friendly team of 3, for a period of 3-4 weeks. 
 
Duties include : 

• Processing high volume invoices
• Allocate invoices to correct entity, project and cost code
• Attach PDF invoice to correct file 
• Obtain PO numbers, and payment approvals

This is a high volume data processing role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment
