Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare income tax returns and special purpose financial reports for a range of clients
  • Assist with research and preparation of practical, written tax advice
  • Exposure to Div 7A, tax planning, PSI, trust issues, GST, and CGT
  • Interpret taxation and other relevant legislation with confidence
  • Manage and maintain client matters within your portfolio
  • Collaborate with Partners, Managers, and team members to deliver exceptional client service
  • Mentor and support graduates and junior accountants
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a business services role within public practice
  • CA qualified or currently undertaking CA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and MS Office Suite
