Job description
- Accounts Payable Officer
- Lower North Shore based
- Full function AP
- Own transport preferred due to location
- Experienced full function Accounts Payable | end to end process | busy fast pace environment | MYOB or similar accounting software experience
Responsibilities include:
- Invoice processing of customer and supplier payments
- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- Match, Batch and Coding of invoices
- Preparation of monthly invoices to issue to clients
- Subcontractor invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Raise purchase orders
- Resolving accounts payable queries and reconciling supplier statements
- Processing expense claims and reconciliation of accounts
Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential as well as 3+ years experience working in a full function role.
