Opportunity to join a dynamic, national firm and assist a growing team across a range of complex matters. The team act for lenders, borrowers, servicers, trustees, and other participants in an array of financing transactions, including corporate, acquisition, asset-based, project, leveraged and acquisition finance.
About you:
- A minimum of three years’ post qualified experience in the area of banking and finance;
- Strong drafting, researching and analytical skills;
- You should have a strong client service ethic, initiative and drive, and work well as part of a team;
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop additional specialist knowledge.
