About the Role:
Providing support and leadership, this role balances operational and strategic deliverables. This role requires an energetic and motivated leader to support the development of the team members with a focus on coaching and mentoring. This role has a high level of interaction with brokers, internal & external stakeholders and requires technical competence across companies processes, systems, payments and accreditation requirements.

  • Ensuring accuracy of process and system requirements of Lender products, lender rates, lead set up, lead allocations, servicing calculators, LMI tables are compliant and completed within policy
  • Ensuring all Lender products, lender rates are released to the network within specified agreed SLA
  • Managing a multi-mode communication platform for the network covering lender changes along process and policy updates 
  • Sign off quarterly and annual renewals for lender audit, commission audits, product audit and lender tiering agreements
  • Adherence and standardising broker support tools including, Special Offerings and SVR matrices, Calculators, LMI tables and
  • Ensure timely HEMS analysis is digested and reported every quarter 
  • Management of HEM changes implemented in all relevant systems
  • Creating an agile work environment that supports cross skilling and developmental opportunities that builds technical capability and knowledge required for process, compliance, and overall education to perform the roles of Broker Services and Enquiry Optimiser
  • Implementation of organisation projects into operating frameworks for Broker Services and Enquiry Optimiser to remove manual processing and build automated reporting
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders for additional information to resolve specific enquiries
  • Coordination of User Acceptance Testing both onshore and offshore to support changes to systems and delivery of changes
  • Coordinating the downtime for systems upgrades aligned to business operating rhythm
  • Management of system RCSA cap testing
  • Ensure SOPS are all updated and reviewed as required
  • Providing support and coaching to develop individuals and build an inclusive team culture
  • Workflow and resource planning including organisation of core operational support activities
  • Design, implement and review processes with a focus on mitigating risk and meeting obligations
  • Role model behaviours aligned to organisation’s values
  • Management of daily output with a focus on timeline and accurate delivery 
  • Establish, measure and drive performance to meet KPIs with measurable uplift
  • Act with integrity and comply with regulatory and legal requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines

About you:

  • Experience working on within systems
  • Intermediate - advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of operational risk
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilise business metrics to manage operations and drive efficiency
  • Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners
  • Previous experience within an operational role of similar nature
