Due to growth an opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Public Sector team, which sits within the professional support team. The desk is growing from strength to strength and requires a strong candidate/ account manager with business development skills to continue of presence within the local government space. This desk offers a lot of variety and is extremely fast pace.

We build and pride ourselves on creating long standing relationships with Public Sector organisations and candidates who keep coming back to us because we believe in people over placements.
What experience will you ideally have?
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment.
- Experience within business support, accounting and/ or public sector recruitment.
- A proactive and positive approach to business development & relationship building
- The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and be highly organized
- A warm, engaging and honest approach
