A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Credit and Collections specialist to join a rapidly growing FinTech business. This is a great opportunity to join a company going through a growth period and help set up the framework for future growth of the Credit and Collections team.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Collections leader that has a proven experience in growing and setting up the policies and framework to then shift the work offshore for the future volume in this area. This role will be responsible for ensure the collection activities are being carried out productively and in accordance with government legislation and industry standard.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in collections or credit Analysis, and must be gained from within financial services or have previously worked in financial services.
- Must have experience mentoring and developing junior staff
- Must have proven experience setting up offshore credit and collections teams
- Well developed negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written.
