Reporting into the Customer Service Manager with providing a diverse range of duties which include;
· Resolve product or service problems
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Build sustainable relationships
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
· Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
