About the Role
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the franchise owners within your territory
- Continually coach and engage your franchises to help develop their performance
- Facilitate quarterly business plans
- Ensuring compliance with head office policy
- Increase footprint of the region by increasing number of franchises in the region
- Working with L&D to deliver effective induction and training
Skills & Experience
In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience of working with a team of self employed individuals, likely a franchise model
- Strong business planning skills
- Effective coaching capability
- Strategic problem solving skills
