Currently partnering with a Government organisation in Melbourne, we are looking for a Reporting Analyst with HR experience to join a team on a short term basis for 8 weeks (initially). This role will pay between $44ph-52ph based on experience. This will be working remotely.
- Developing HR metrics/data reporting for the organisation through PowerBI
- Working with raw data, collating and streamlining
- Understand from an HR perspective what the organisation is looking for and how to best advise on best practice
- Using and understanding PowerBI in preparing the data into reporting
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders and teams
- HR experience is essential OR worked a similar project with another business unit e.g. Finance
- 1 year minimum Reporting experience using Power BI and SQL
- Good communicator, confident
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Friendly and personable approach
