Job description
An Insurance organisation is looking for a Lead / Head Business Analyst to come in on a Greenfields Project to grow out the BA Practice and drive the whole BA initiative. This is a newly created role due to significant growth globally.
Responsibilities will include:
- Set up strategy
- Set up tooling
- Building the system
- Understand commercial products
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Deal with SME's in various locations
- AGILE Environment
- Grow and recruit a team of Business Analyst
- Perform other duties as directed
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Strong Technical BA background
- Previously worked within Insurance / Financial Services
- Excellent verbal communication and workshop/training facilitation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
