About the company
My client is a global IT consultancy. They are going through an extensive period of growth and are in the process of building a new practice here in Australia. Due to this they are currently recruiting for a Murex Developer to join their organisation for an initial 6 month contract based in Melbourne CBD. You will be working on a long term project for one of their financial services clients here in Australia.
About the role
This role will cover the full SDLC from designing, developing, implementing and supporting high performance Murex organising and leading on site demonstrations with customers during requirement analysis and development stages. You will also be responsible for administering real time processes, developing programs, procedures and reports as well as fixes for Murex system components and their interfaces.
About you
Strong knowledge of Derivatives, FX, MM, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Treasury. Applying specialized technical skills in the following programmes; Murex 3.1, MxML, MxML Exchange, Datamart, C, C++, and SWIFT.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of Derivatives, FX, MM, Interest Rate Derivatives and Treasury

- Datamart

- Excellent communication skills
