Job description
- 6 month contract / $66 per hour + super
- Parramatta location

Join a pivotal team working on large-scale road and waterway infrastructure projects within a transformational government. You will be undertaking valuations and negotiations of property for acquisition in line with the business, project and program needs.
Key accountabilities:
- Manage valuations and negotiations for property acquisition
- Liaise with project team members and other property staff to ensure all documentation of agreement reflect conditions of purchase
- Provide advice to project teams in relation to valuation and property acquisition
- Assist the manager in the supply of cost estimates and progress reports for acquisitions
Essential criteria:
- Must have valid CPV and AAPI membership
- 3 + years as a CPV
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
