About the company
My client is a financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are investing heavily within their technology department and growing rapidly. They are looking to recruit a QA Test Lead to join on a permanent basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for developing test strategies, leading a team of testers, stakeholder management, test report writing and documentation. The breakdown of this role will be 60% hands on testing, 40% leading the team.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Test lead experience
- Automation testing experience
- Developed and Implemented testing automation solutions
- Writing SQL queries & API testing experience
- C# and Selenium
- Strong problem analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
