About You:
If you have previous experience of working in a Corporate Environment, ideally within a Reception or Team Assistant capacity, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, exceptionally organised and energetic for this role. The perfect person will have an interest or experience in the Construction or Property Industry and able to use their initiative. About the Role:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting important clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organising and setting up meeting rooms
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Organise couriers and caterers
  • Other tasks as required

Occasionally you will help with;

  • Compiling reports
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms for the Team and Head of departments


  • 3+ Years in a Corporate Receptionist or Administrative environment
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organisational, verbal and written skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Proactive, energetic and collaborative work ethic
  • High attention to detail

An interest or experience in the Property market would be highly desirable
