Day to Day Duties:

  • Front reception duties
  • Sorting Mail and answering phones
  • Customer Service; Assisting Residents with Maintenance requirements; Functions & bookings & queries; directing enquiries
  • Communicating with Contractors
  • Computer skills, including Word; Excel
  • Saving data and filing
  • Letterbox drops
  • Ad hoc duties


Experience needed:

  • Front desk Reception or Administration experience
  • Customer focused - vibrant and friendly personality
  • Willing to work in a team and be flexible
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasker
  • Computer capable skills; Outlook; word;
  • Drivers License
  • Familiarity with Dynamics is highly desirable
  • First Aid Qualification also highly desirable
