Due to continued growth Charterhouse recruitment group is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join the busy IT division. After 14 years we have built up exceptional long-term relationships in both the government and commercial sectors and our consultants benefit from these daily.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has at least 1 year of sales experience to join a well-established thriving organization with a positive and upbeat team culture. 

The role will work with clients across NSW and will give you the realistic first year earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000. Top performers in the first year can earn in excess of 100K+, however this would mean some serious effort and a great attitude to upskilling and learning. The good news is that earning $100k plus gets easier once you understand and know your market and recruitment. Top performers in the business earn in excess of $250k
 
Job Description: 

  • A full end-to-end recruitment cycle for technology vacancies for our commercial or government clients
  • Complete pre-placement checklist with each candidate, candidate management through the job engagement process and client aftercare
  • Up-to-date reference checks, compliance and paper work for each candidate and job 
  • Pre and post placement aftercare, check ins and feedback
  • Maintain all paperwork, compliance and desk management for all placed candidates
  • Business Development and client management – Dealing with various organisations to understand their business needs
  • Preparing of advertising of role
