About the Role
We are recruiting for trainee recruitment consultants to sit as Associates within our corporate structure. You could be someone just starting out on the corporate ladder or have experience from another sector wanting to change industries. You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant ensuring you are able to meet the demands of the market today and in the future.
- Searching, screening and selecting of candidates and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Managing new and existing client relationships and updating the internal applicant tracking system
- Coordinating interviews, preparation and feedback from both a candidate and client perspective
- Writing of job advertisements and posting on applicable job boards
- Ad hoc reporting across team portfolio and pipeline
- Ideally around 2 years experience across sales or recruitment
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Naturally communicative and engaging; able to bring the best out in those with whom you interact
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in agile environments where your priorities can constantly change and alter course
- Highly organised; placing a premium on methodology and workflows to help manage the high degree of ambiguity that can exist in this role
