Charterhouse are recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join Charterhouse’s NSW Government Specialist (Category C) Division.

This is a fast paced, contract desk focusing on professional job families such as Policy, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing, Governance, Risk, HR and more across several Government agencies. We’re a collaborative team, have no candidate ownership and with a database honed through years of experience, positions are often resourced instantaneously with the whole team assisting.
The successful candidate will join one of the best performing teams (team of six) in the organisation and across the NSW Government account. The Charterhouse Category C Specialist team are and have been the second-best performing team in a hyper competitive environment over the last two years. These figures are transparent and published by the NSW Government monthly. There is clear stability with only one resignation (this one) in the last two years and an overall excellent culture underpinned by values such as integrity, trust and mutual respect.
You’ll be managed and supported in line with your level of experience. There is no micro management or managing by metrics / stats. You’ll be treated as an adult and be given the relevant time and support to acclimatise to a new environment.

The Successful Candidate

From a technical perspective, we’re looking for somebody with Recruitment experience, ideally from a temp environment. You’ll be organised, able to priorities and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. This is a hot-desk in a fast-paced environment, make no doubt about that.
