Charterhouse is a 15 year old privately owned, international Recruitment Firm with a footprint that spans Asia, the Middle East and Australia. Amongst the many verticals that Charterhouse operates in, one of our big growth areas is within our Search Practice. As a consequence of this focus and growth we are now seeking to appoint an experienced Researcher in to our business.
The role will see you work for one of our most accomplished Search Recruiters exclusively. You will partner with him to understand fully a client’s needs at the point of origination. Once agreed upon you will then utilise your already strong skill-set to identify target organisations, and then fully map them, providing detailed information on prospective “would be” applicants. The provision of a full market map along with supplementary insight will be the first part of your contribution. You will be expected to also act as the first point of engagement in some instances subject to role, specificity and workload. This particular practice is niche and our expertise in this domain is extensive. Given the specificity of the roles you will often need to take a world view in your mapping, identifying prospective candidates across the globe. The work is highly rewarding due to the nature of the roles being placed and it is a real opportunity to shape your role and indeed your contribution in determining this practice’s future success.
You will be experienced already, having delivered within a similar capacity before. Given the seniority of the mandates and the importance of that first impression, your command of the English Language will be exceptional; both verbal and written. You will be detail and process driven as you collate and deliver a comprehensive market map. You will be able to manage multiple competing deadlines as you run multiple mandates simultaneously.
