Job description

 In your new role as the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing full project schedules throughout the delivery phases, working alongside and consulting with other project members and stakeholders across a road infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities  

  • Contribute to the development of the project schedule and project plans
  • Monitoring and updating the delivery programs on the projects and providing guidance where necessary to other team members on programming requirements
  • Conduct risk control activities around schedule and mitigation using Primavera software
  • Monitor progress and resource requirements against an agreed contract baseline
  • Develop and publish schedule reports to key stakeholders and contribute to reporting of resource availability and allocation

To be considered, you will have

  • Strong scheduling/planning experience, ideally working in a rail environment
  • Knowledge of possession planning (extremely desirable)
  • Both contractor and client-side experience
  • Proven experience developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • Strong communication skills
