OUR CLIENT: 

This global firm with beautiful offices located in Sydney CBD is looking to expand their fast-growing Defendant Insurance practice. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive legal secretary to join the team. THE ROLE: 

  • Managing lawyers’ inboxes and diaries
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Matter management, including opening and closing files 
  • Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Attending to court e-filing
  • Managing the end to end billing process
  • Client reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required 

 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary in a litigation practice
  • Outstanding initiative and proactive approach to work 
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Advanced MS Office and typing ability 
  • A strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
