About the company
My client is a growing FinTech organisation based in Sydney CBD. Their product is sold in the finance sector and are going through an extensive period of growth. Due to this they are currently recruiting for a UX Designer to join on a permanent basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for leading the design and product experience as part of their innovative software development team. Duties will include facilitating their vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user testing experiences for digital products by using tools such as Adobe, InVision and Sketch. You will also be responsible for making strategic design and user- experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Strong understanding of technical issues resolution workflows and systems
- InVison, Sketch or Adobe tools experience
- Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience (desirable)
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Good communication skills
- 3+ years prior experience with UX,UI, web product design and analysis
