1 x Administration Assistant
  • $37 per hour + super  
  • 11th June Start date - 2 month initial contract, potential to extend
  • Sydney CBD, Full time Monday – Friday
About the Role

Working for a renowned award winning Global Professional Services Firm, as an experienced Administration Assistant to support the efficient running of the office.

The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will be proving support to the Sydney Office.

Role responsibilities:
  • Supporting the team with Accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing disbursements
  • Management of the accounts inbox
  • Provide reception relief 1 day of the week
  • Provide administration support across the office
  • Assist with property maintenance
  • Manage external contractors
  • Maintenance and purchase of office and kitchen supplies
  • General ad hoc administration tasks as required.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
  • Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn tasks quickly
  • Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
