Job description
- 8 week contract - varied role
- Based in inner city suburbs - hyrbid work
- Pay $35 - $37 p/h+super
Responsibilities:
- Run reporting via Excel weekly and send out to management
- Support managers and wider HR team with administration of employee lifecycle processes
- Maintenance of digital files
- Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes and setting agendas
- Assist with wider administration duties when required
- 3-5 years experience in Administration or entry level HR/Recruitment
- Experience using a database/CRM and keeping records updated
- Excellent time management skills and experience meeting deadlines
- Seamless communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels
