Job description
- Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, providing high-level support to three advisors in a dynamic, fast-paced Sydney CBD office.

About the Role
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across all three advisors
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliations
- Preparing meeting minutes, board packs, presentations, and other professional documentation
- Calling and liaising with clients, assisting with onboarding new clients, and following up on queries
- Managing correspondence, emails, and general administrative tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Supporting the smooth delivery of client-facing activities, ensuring a professional and polished experience
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, executive support, or similar role
- Presentable, approachable, and confident in client interactions
- Easy-going, positive, and enjoy building rapport with colleagues and clients
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
- A team player who fits into an open, collaborative, and fun culture
- Experience with Outlook, XPM, and Ignition desirable
- Accounting or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential
