Our client is seeking an energetic and proactive Personal Assistant to support three partners in a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of a busy, collaborative environment where your organisational skills, personality, and professionalism will be highly valued.

About the Role
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across all three advisors
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliations
  • Preparing meeting minutes, board packs, presentations, and other professional documentation
  • Calling and liaising with clients, assisting with onboarding new clients, and following up on queries
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and general administrative tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Supporting the smooth delivery of client-facing activities, ensuring a professional and polished experience
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Who We Are Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, executive support, or similar role
  • Presentable, approachable, and confident in client interactions
  • Easy-going, positive, and enjoy building rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
  • A team player who fits into an open, collaborative, and fun culture
  • Experience with Outlook, XPM, and Ignition desirable
  • Accounting or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential
