Administration Support Officer and Customer Service Representative- Two positions
- Based in Western Sydney
- Working for local government organisations
- Local government experience preferred!
- ASAP start!
Role 1 : Administration Support Officer
- 3 month contract with the chance of extension
- $45.50 per hour + super
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- 35 hours per week - 8:30am-4:30pm
- Provide general administrative support to the Property and Corporate Services teams as directed by the Coordinator or Manager
- Prepare agendas and minutes for team meetings
- Assist with public information requests, including access to documents, privacy and personal information requests, and compliance with legal notices
- Coordinate and produce printed materials such as business papers, reports, brochures, and other documents for internal and public distribution as required
- Deliver high-quality, timely printing services on an ad hoc basis
- Undertake additional administrative duties as directed by management
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience taking minutes and preparing agendas
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
Role 2 : Customer Service Representative
- $41 per hour + super
- Initial 3 month contract with the chance to extend
- Fully onsite
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Deliver high-quality customer service as part of a Customer Contact Centre team
- Respond to customer enquiries and service requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner across multiple channels
- Resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact where possible, minimising the need for escalation
- Use internal systems to accurately process and manage customer transactions and requests
- Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service Experience in a Call Centre environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to operate a Windows operational server system software at a basic level and use Multiple Information Systems
