Call Centre Operator

Job description

• Located in Newcastle - if you're based in Maitland, after training you can work from the Contact Centre in Maitland
• $35.80 per hour + super
• 35 hours per week
• 6 month contract (high chance of extension)
• 100% onsite

• Delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
• Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
• A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
• 8:30am-5pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
