About the company

A client of ours within the logistics sector based in Port Melbourne are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their warm and welcoming team, supporting busy their CEO.  This organisation empowers their employees with the skills and knowledge the need to excel in their roles. Acting as the right hand to their CEO while assisting with some HR activities, you will be responsible for providing high level of support in a busy fast-paced environment, working on diary and email management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Stakeholder engagement 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Attending meetings, meeting preparation such as agendas and minutes
  • Organising meetings and conferences
  • Proof reading documents
  • Support for committee meetings
  • Formatting large documents
  • Prepare and format correspondence
About you 

  • Previous EA experience supporting director, executive or CEO level required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator  
  • Strong relationship management skills 
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Always maintain professionalism 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
