My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Accounting Practice in Macquarie Park.


About the role:

As the Administrator for this boutique Public Practice Accounting firm,  you will be responsible for providing administrative support to 4 partners and the wider office. You will be joining a team of 3 administrators who support the business with Finance administration duties. 


The ideal candidate will be experienced in using MYOB AE  and have previously worked in an Accounting firm as an Administrator.


This is an in-office role working Monday-Friday. 
Duties within the role will include:

  • Develop a general knowledge of the company’s business and customers.
  • Drafting correspondence - letters, reports and invoices using MS Word and Excel
  • Process and monitor ATO Lodgements
  • Updating client databases
  • Collation of client documents 
  • Finance Administration 
  • MYOB Reporting 
  • General Administration to support the team. 


About you:

  • Prior experience in using MYOB AE would be highly regarded
  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
  • At least 2+ years in a similar administrative/Office Management role.
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft word.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Proficient in using Outlook.
